RAM Capital’s people have all been hand-picked based on both their professional skills and their ethical qualities i.e. their devotion to acting in our clients’ best interests. In a relatively small team such as ours, everyone counts, and we are confident of offering you one of the international market’s top teams.

Our team leaders combine about 100 years’ experience in trading, investment and risk management in the fields of fixed income, equities, commodities and foreign exchange currency trading, gained in leading financial institutions prior to joining RAM Capital.

Shelly Vionnet

Shelly vionnet

Director, board member & compliance officer

Shelly is our Director and Compliance Officer since November 2017.

Shelly is a consultant in outsourced Compliance, Risk Management and Corporate services with over 25 years of experience in International Management. Formerly, she had worked at RAM for 3 years as General Manager and Compliance Officer. She joined us after working with UBS, where she was Head of Market Development for the Turkish market, a management role that included responsibility for marketing strategy and new project development in Turkey, as well as the training of around 100+ client-service staff. Shelly speaks three languages and continued her professional and financial training by participating in a private MBA program as well as various Compliance, Commodity & trade finance and Risk assessment trainings.

Andre horak

Head of wealth management

André joined RAM Capital SA in April 2018 as Head of Wealth Management. Before joining RAM Capital, André worked at Probus Cie SA in Geneva, where he was Associate Partner and Senior Relationship Manager. Prior to that André had a long banking career. He started his banking experience in UBS Geneva in 1991 and leaved UBS Zurich in 2006 as a Executive Director serving mainly Central European “Private High Net Worth and Key clients”. André holds a Law degree from Université de Genève, Switzerland and speaks 5 languages.

Dilara sarper

Head of operations

Dilara Sarper is the Vice President of Operations at RAM Capital, and joined the team in June 2018.

After achieving her Swiss Federal Examination Bilingual Diploma, Dilara decided to study in the fast pace city of London, and additionally accepted an Erasmus challenge in Madrid, which resulted in the chance of mastering 4 languages.

She then started her career within Tesla, California-based company founded by Elon Musk with the objective to achieve a sustainable energy future. It is in the Marketing and Events Department in Geneva where Dilara evolved for more than 2 years, planned and managed 3 events per week, constantly working on different Projects in order to achieve the sales objectives, participated in the execution of the launch of the new models in Geneva (Model X) and new stores in Switzerland, and was as well given the responsibility of managing a pop up store in Gstaad for few months. Dilara then decided to join RAM Capital and build new competences and skills in this evolving industry which has always captivated her.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Westminster London, in England.

Sophie chambaz

Business assistant & junior compliance

Sophie joined RAM Capital in December 2019 as Business Assistant & Junior Compliance.

She joined us after working one year at Azure Wealth Switzerland, Geneva where she was Operational manager. Prior to that she worked between 2016-2018 in LGT Private Banking and Asset Management, Geneva as Assistant in Middle East & Africa and before that she was Relationship Assistant & Responsible LBA in Socofigest from 2010 till 2016. After her graduation from high school, Sophie continued her language and communication studies in University of Bolton followed by University of Grenoble in France.

She holds a diploma of Wealth Management Assistant from Ifage, Genève
