RAM Capitals involvement in M&A Advisory is the result of RAM’s successful networking with the business leaders and investors. Our role will be to find projects in various sectors and propose those projects to interested parties that have an investment profile for this type of investments.

One can define RAM’s role as bringing together the Project Holder and the Fund Provider. In this regard, the selection of projects to be presented to various investors is at RAM’s discretion.

RAM Capital will present prospective lenders and investors with clear, transparent and relevant information, prepared in accordance with international standards. This information package will enable investors and lenders to evaluate transactions effectively and in the shortest possible time.

RAM Capital relationships with a wide range of potential funders (both within Turkey, Middle East and abroad) will ensure that the Project has access to extensive sources of funding and competitive pricing to enhance bankability. RAM Capital will support clients through their funding negotiation process, to ensure that they achieve the best possible and most cost effective terms and conditions.
